First, visit the page of the activity you would like to book. Click to “Book Now” button and select the date you wish to book your activity on by clicking the calendar date. Dates in green mean activity places are still available, while dates in grey are no longer available. Click on the date you wish to book and select the time.

On the following window, choose the number of adults travelling, and fill the “Contact Information”, please write your mobile number with country code. Next, answer the questions such as pickup details and your language.

On the last occurring page, please enter your payment information, and click to “Process Booking” button.

For most bookings made on our website You will receive a confirmed voucher by email instantly within seconds. If any activity requires manual confirmation due to “minimum number of participants”, the latest date to confirm your booking is 24 hours earlier prior to the start of the tour.

Your booking number can be found on both the confirmation page following your booking submission and in the confirmation email, received once your tour has been confirmed.

If you need to make any changes to your booking, you can go to the link in your booking confirmation email to make changes to your booking, or please contact Old City Tours via WhatsApp, phone call or email.

To cancel a booking, You can go to the link in your booking confirmation email, or You can contact Old City Tours directly via WhatsApp, phone call or email, so that we can assist you. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the activity’s cancellation policy.

Cancellation charges vary for each product and are listed on the product pages, under the “Book Now” button for your reference. Usually, cancellation policy is:

• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

For most of online bookings, pickup & drop-off is included to the service. At the end of your booking, there will be a question about "Pickup Location", so please mention your hotel name in that blank.

If You didn't book your hotel yet, You can just write that You haven't booked the hotel yet. But please contact Old City Tours at least 24 hours before travel to provide your accommodation details.

You will receive WhatsApp message or email from us a day before the activity starts, until 9pm evening. Feel free to contact us if You will have any question regarding your pickup time.
